Method

  1. Mix gram flour, red chilli powder, black pepper, coriander leaves, salt and pomegranate seeds with water to a thick paste.
  2. Roll the paste around the eggs; care should be taken to cover the eggs well so no portion of the egg remains visible.
  3. Fry these in deep hot fat until dark brown in colour.
  4. Serve it hot with chutney as a snack.
