Egg Pakoras
Ingredients
- 4 hard boiled Eggs (1 egg per person)
- 225g Gram Flour
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Pomegranate Seeds
- 450g Fat or Oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix gram flour, red chilli powder, black pepper, coriander leaves, salt and pomegranate seeds with water to a thick paste.
- Roll the paste around the eggs; care should be taken to cover the eggs well so no portion of the egg remains visible.
- Fry these in deep hot fat until dark brown in colour.
- Serve it hot with chutney as a snack.
